Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. In rare cases, processing may take up to 8 business days due to high demand, supplier stock availability, or holidays. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Your total time from order to delivery is processing time plus shipping time above — for most UK orders, this means approximately 8 to 17 business days from purchase to arrival, up to 22 business days in rare cases.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to activate after dispatch.

Important Notes
Free shipping is included on all bundle orders (2 packs and above). A small shipping fee of £3.99 applies to single-pack (1 Pack) orders. We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.
