Return Eligibility

In most cases, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement without needing anything sent back to us. This applies whether your item is unopened or already in use.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you have used the product and are genuinely unsatisfied with your results, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nalixora.com. We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion. We ask that you give the product a fair trial before submitting a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or process a full refund — no return required.
Shipping Protection
For a small fee at checkout, Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit — if any of these occur, we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked. Orders without Shipping Protection are handled on a case-by-case basis; we're not obligated to replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they've left our fulfilment centre, but we'll always work with you to find a fair resolution.

How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at support@nalixora.com with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond and get back to you within 24 hours with next steps. Do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation from our team.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
