RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction matters. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right.


Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original packaging
  • in the same condition as received

Items that have been opened or partially used are not eligible for a standard return, but may still qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee — see below.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have used the product and are genuinely unsatisfied with your results, contact us within 30 days of delivery at nalixora@gmail.com

We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

We ask that you give the product a fair trial before submitting a claim.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a clear photo of the issue

We will either send a replacement or process a full refund — no return required.


How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at nalixora@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request.

We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Do not send any items back without first receiving confirmation from our team.


Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
